HTML editor won't create a mailto:

Edit HTML mode doesn't seem to allow <a href="mailto:foo@baz.com">

Would it be possible to permit this?

    [Head slap!] I knew there musta been a Github repo (where an Issue coulda been filed).

    As a housekeeping matter, do you prefer tickets start here or there (github.com)?

    No strong opinion. I'd rather not have people use GitHub issues for questions, so it's easier to point people here—some folks don't really get the distinction.
