Hello!
I'm having the problem of not being able to edit a Storymap I have started. Whenever I select one from the list of my projects, it starts "loading Storymap" - and doesn't finish loading it even after half an hour. I have the problem in both Chrome and Firefox. What can I do to continue editing?

I have send a message to the team (where I had explain the situation), and they recover my file a few days later. (But, because it was a real important project I did it again before the team said to me that my work has been recover).
So, just ask for the team. Send them a message, and just wait. They are very great. Good luck... Hope your problem will be solved.
