Story Map showing blank/not loading.

Hi,

I’m Bikash Singh from Yahoo India. We had created a world cup related story map two days ago. We  published the content through our website to many positive reviews. The map, however, has vanished and the link blanked out. I can’t even retrieve it from the edit page inside of Story Map JS. Could you please help me out. Please see the error document in the attachment.

    I know this question might have been asked, but I cannot find the answer. My kids are loading locations onto their StoryMaps, but they come up blank in their Preview. They are working ChromeBooks and we used this platform on Chromebooks in December and had zero problems. Any suggestions?
